My step mum recently got an iPhone 4 and has only had it for about a week or two but then my Dad got an iPhone 4S and she was like, weirdly jealous of Siri so she upgraded to a white iPhone 4S but this one is still new. I will be this girl.
I’ve been lurking in misery and longing at my dash for this blog for too long.
New year saw me hit a new low, my relationship of a year ended in spectacular fashion and emotions are at an all time high. I now need to focus, turn my life around and be this girl. Get out of debt, shed the emotional and physical weight and start building myself something good, somewhere amazing. It’s going to be a long hard struggle and I’m pretty sure whoever follows me will have no recollections of who I am or why I’m on their dash but I’m back.
Just to jog your memories, I’m coming up to 21, I’m 5’3” and currently 143lbs ish. My highest weight was 166 and I’m determined to stay focused and get to that 120lbs target. I’m starting this again at a time where emotions are high, times are hard and there’s a huge chance of failure but I want to change, both emotionally and physically, get into routine and be who I want to be.
If anyone even reads this and has any good, motivational and inspiring blogs send them my way and show your support, cause damn I’m gunna need it!

Even without working out and eating bread! not gone above 800 cals except for 1 day this week, even at the work Xmas party I resisted the deserts although I did get quite drunk!
I had to buy new work trousers about 2 weeks ago because my last ones were huge and now the ones I bought are a bit big in the waist even right after they’re washed!

Basically a juice fast involves taking in only fruit and vegetable juices, all raw and natural, no solids or things like coffee and soda. Juicing everything makes it easy for your body to digest and take in the nutrients without having to work and break down solids. You need to sort of work yourself into it by cutting down on solids gradually to avoid feeling like you need to eat but you can just jump straight in if you think you can handle it. Its basically like getting into a fast but you’re giving your body nutrients. You end up feeling really good and your body is allowed to detox, especially if there is build up in your digestive system and it kind of regulates itself. I would recommend it if you can get your hands on a juicer (I managed to pick up a cheap one from either lidl or aldi, if you’re from the uk they have some in store at the moment) and have time to prepare juices etc. Different fruits and vegetables are good for helping your body with different things and unlike a fast you’re not depriving yourself of anything. I read up on it and got some good juice recipes by searching google for juice fasting, there is a bunch more info online you can find.
I’m actually really surprised!
My fridge freezer decided to break down and defrost all of my food this week so I wasn’t left with the best choices and without my car until Sunday I couldn’t do any shopping. I probably should have fasted but I didn’t really want to with work.
The other half of this week I just havnt been so active, having 4 days off but I have started the EA Sports 30 day challenge on Wii fit on top of other exercises I’ve done.
So overall I thought I’d at least stay the same with such a good week last week but yay I’m more than a stone down from my HW (:
